Not in any engagement we would take on. What stops being done by hand is the repetitive share of a role — the same question answered for the fortieth time, the same record typed twice, the follow-up nobody got to. The people stay; the queue in front of them shrinks. Our own calculator is built on that assumption and says so.
No. Neither, today, and we will not display a badge for something we do not hold. The security page lists exactly what is in place and what is not. If a certification is a hard procurement requirement, tell us at the first call rather than at contract stage — we would rather lose the deal early than waste your quarter.
Not yet, and we will not invent one. Systeni is early. What we can do is configure your first workflow against your real traffic in test mode, so you watch it work on your own data before anything goes live and before you commit to a year.
You export it — records, conversations, workflow definitions — and we delete ours. No exit fee and no notice beyond the term you signed. A platform that has to trap you is telling you something about how confident it is.
No. Everything in the platform is configured from the interface. Setup Services exist for teams that would rather have it done with them, not because the product requires it.
Usage is visible in Billing before it becomes a problem. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated; nothing stops working while you decide.
Conversations, voice minutes and workflow runs are included up to the plan limit. Anything beyond is metered and shown in the product before it is invoiced.
Any agent, workflow or channel can be edited, paused or removed at any time. Workflows keep version history, so a change that misbehaves rolls back cleanly.
Monthly plans cancel monthly. Annual billing gives two months back. Enterprise agreements are scoped individually.
